Refund policy

At Silkboxx, every item is intentionally curated to meet our elevated boutique standards.
For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Size

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To start a claim, please email services@silkboxx.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Order Not Received

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period,
or your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located,
contact us immediately at services@silkboxx.com.

We will assist in locating the shipment or providing a replacement when applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Handbags & accessories

  • Personalized or limited-release items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Any item missing original issue documentation


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
Processing starts shortly after checkout is completed.


Incorrect Addresses

Silkboxx is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once an updated address is provided.
Additional shipping fees may apply.


Unauthorized Returns

Any product sent back to our warehouses without prior approval from our support team
will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
